BrightInfo is growing again and is looking for a Technical Account Manager for our HQ in Tel Aviv.

The person in this role will own and lead BrightInfo’s relationships with existing customers, to ensure that they are maximizing the potential benefits of our solutions and that their overall expectations of our product suite and services are satisfactorily met. The ideal candidate will have experience in nurturing business relationships with international accounts as well as the ability and know-how to support their first line technical needs, with a strong project management orientation. It also helps if that person can do this:


Main duties:
• Support customers onboarding activities to ensure deployment optimization
• Own all requests and troubleshooting from existing accounts
• Ensure retention rates and pitch new business to generate up / cross sales
• Meet with CXO, VP and Director level decision makers to introduce and advocate BrightInfo
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Development & Product teams to run Best in Class campaigns
• Convey client feedback to the BrightInfo development team
• Build highly effective customer relationships
• Be proficient in maintaining accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and notes related to them in Salesfroce.com
Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly customer retention targets

• Successful experience as a Customer Success Manager / Pre-Sales expert or similar type roles in Cloud companies
• Native English / English as mother tongue – A MUST
• Ability to understand complex technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to build close and effective customer relationships
• Energetic, passionate, tenacious with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A self-starter fast learner with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Must be able to strongly communicate and build client relationships over the phone
• Must be organized, with outstanding attention to details
Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, email, Salesforce.com.)
• Ability to use Salesforce.com for maintaining Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and related note
• B.A or equivalent degree
• Results orientated with high work ethic
• Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities

• Experience with Marketing Automation tools, Google Analytics and other analytics tools, conversion optimization process – major advantage
• Experience in online social and viral businesses / online marketplaces / marketing agencies – major advantage
• Early stage company experience where you helped build out a territory and helped the company grow rapidly
• Available rolodex of key contacts at Fortune 1000 size customers – CXO, VP and Director level Marketing roles
